The Gap Nobody Warns You About
There is a gap between passing a licensing exam and being useful at a kitchen table. The exam tests whether you know the rules. The table tests whether you can hear what someone is not saying, handle a hard question honestly, and stay calm when the right answer is that you need to check.
Classroom training cannot close that gap, because it removes the only variable that matters. Another human being.
The Honest Conversation Is Where Confidence Gets Tested
Protection is an easier conversation than money. Families often already accept they need coverage. Talking through what a household actually owes each month is different. It carries shame, and people will minimize it in front of a stranger.
An agent who has practiced this conversation knows to ask plainly and without judgment, because the numbers only become useful once they are honest. Mortgage protection, universal life and living benefits only help if the real picture is on the table.
The first three appointments do not make you good. They make you willing.
What Field Training Looks Like Here
- A new agent's first appointments are attended by someone experienced.
- The new agent watches, then contributes, then leads, in that order.
- Every appointment is debriefed afterward while it is still fresh.
- Nobody is sent out alone before they are ready, and nobody is held back once they are.
We do not guarantee licensing, income, or promotion. What we commit to is that you will not be doing this by yourself while you learn it.
